While working with LankyBox, I directed a team of designers & copywriters to create visually appealing newsletters that drove waves of traffic to the online store.

I was able to achieve up to 40% open rates for general newsletters & 48% open rates for email flows; specifically abandoned checkout & welcome series flows. The newsletters advertising specific sales like BFCM brought in up to $40k in conversion sales each, while general newsletters would bring in between $5k - $15k on average. 

 

Throughout this process, I was able to learn a ton about graphic design & implement my existing knowledge of email copywriting best practices.
